Found on Faeit 212, this will be the Tau cover for the new codex. Interestingly enough, GW did a blog post today titled April’s White Dwarf preview pretty much don’t mention Tau what-so-ever. There is this image about an 8′ x 4′ board they made in two days, but nothing is written about them at all. Well played GW, well played.

This image was apparently spotted in the latest White Dwarf and posted on Plastic Krak. I don’t squarebase- but if I did I would play Chaos Dwarves and this is why. Well okay, that or if they ever got around to redoing Lizardmen then probably them.

Good God I live these bikes. They are called the Outrider squadron and they are new from Forge World. Me thinks my Spaces Wolves could use some of these.
Outrider squadrons are mechanised Space Marine reconnaissance squads who take to the field of battle mounted on ruggedly-constructed ground bikes. Equipped with twin-linked bolters, often augmented with heavier firepower in the form of melta-guns, flamers or plasma guns, Outriders are used for rapid encirclement as well as hit-and-run attacks against targets of opportunity behind enemy lines. Their chief advantage is speed and mobility, their bikes enabling them to cover ground far faster than infantry, and to go where heavier vehicles cannot.
The Legion MkIV Outrider Squadron contains three complete resin and plastic kits, allowing this potent Fast Attack option to be added to a Space Marine Legion force or fielded as a Bike Squadron in many Codex armies. Each model has two weapon options: twin-linked bolters, or plasma guns and they are fully compatible with our range of Space Marine and Legion accessories.
As Faeit 212 reports- Space Marines are coming after the inevitable Tau wave. With that, again reportedly, comes a new mini-Contemptor dreadnought. (Image from Forge World Emperor’s Children Dread)
He prefaces this report with remember, these are rumors.

Hmmmm, very interesting, this sounds a lot like something that I’ve seen play tested at certain events. Might be a coincidence but if it’s the same thing then I’d expect this “suit” to essentially be a mini-Contemptor dreadnought similar to the RT-era type, designed for living Marine heroes to wear into battle and then leave afterwards. Walker, WS/BS 5, AV11, 5++ save, two power fists (with alternative weapons) and an optional jump pack.via 75hastings69 on Warseer (response)
Very interesting
