Legal Issues
Games Workshop took and is taking awhile to respond, mostly due to Google taking their sweet time. Yes for those that are interested I have an IP Attorney on my case (a good one at that). While I will not go into the details (yet, because I do not want to get in the way of the final aspects of the what is going on), I am going to imagine that I will be very open and probably publish a lot of what is happening.

So yes, GW correspondence, and what they are saying and what is being returned to them will most likely, unless I am told by my own attorney not to, be published.

The good parts is, there is nothing that Games Workshop should of been able to do to my site, natfka.blogspot.com. Google when far above to accommodate Games Workshops complaints. The complaints by the way, imply ip infringement, which simply is not the case legally in these regards according the Fair Use clause of the first amendment of the United States when it comes to journalistic reporting.

Now that does not mean that if I were a UK citizen that there would be some breaches in there, but following US copyright law, I am in good standing. (great attorney who is very helpful on what I can and cannot do)

That being said, please do not get into commentary legal advice or opinions below, even if you are an attorney. These things are being handled by the pro’s, and they specialize in ip law.

So look forward Faeit 212 fans, we are on the final stretches to get back up and running.
