In the image above you can see four different Space Marines. In the text below you will find a crazy interesting theory of what that means. That and more info / pictures

Taken from none other than MMORPG.Com

The real question here is will these be the four play styles for the Imperium Faction? If so here is our theory: the Terminator would likely be the Tank style class. Heavy fire power and some super tough armor backed up by a power weapon would make them the perfect tanks on the battlefield. The Devastator clearly comes in as the long range class with various options on heavy weapons. The Apothecary would play as the “healer” even though they can fight. They are still the primary buffers for the Marine units they join. The last would be the Assault Marine with the jump pack. They would be the high speed melee specialists. The jump packs give them the counter to range and shooting attacks.

The theory seems pretty dead on to me. People are saying that your looking into it too much, but I can say from playing tons of MMOs, these type of releases tend to have some sort of information in them that becomes more evident in retrospect. I wouldn’t be shocked at all if this were mostly -if not all- accurate.

But wait, there is more.

Eternal Crusade

Eternal Crusade Warhammer 40k mmorpg

With the pictures came two releases of information.

Warriors of the far future

The Eternal Crusade is a war between the major factions of the 41st millennium, all of them unique and opposed to one another. As a player, you’ll create a warrior from any of the available armies and set out to purge the other races from the surface of the planet.

Playable factions at launch include:

Space Marines: Genetically modified super-soldiers created by the Emperor of Mankind to protect the Imperium of Man.

Chaos Space Marines: Space Marines who have fallen prey to the corruption of the Warp and seek the destruction of the Imperium.

Eldar: A dying race of mysterious beings from before the birth of mankind with a mastery of psychic powers.

Orks: Brutal, green-skinned hordes that seek war in all its forms.

Each of the launch factions provides a different experience, reflected in everything from their combat style to their hub zones and even UI.

Not too much new information there.

Battle Brothers of the Adeptus Astartes

Each army has its own form of diversity, in the form of Chapters, Legions, Clans or Craftworlds. All warriors of a faction must choose one of these organizations. The choice affects not only your appearance, but also provides a set of bonuses and abilities unique to that division.

Space Marine Chapters participating in the crusade include the proud Ultramarines, noble Blood Angels, ferocious Space Wolves and mysterious Dark Angels.

Together, elite warriors from different chapters may form Battle Squads, fighting as a unit and building their legend in the Eternal Crusade.

So there are at least confirmed Ultramarines, Blood Angels, Space Wolves(!) and Dark Angels. Those will probably the only chapters at launch I would assume. But that also means there will be clans, Craftworlds and all kinds of goodness. How different this will make each character? Who knows.
